Sometimes I paint, untranslatable words…

Shinrin-yoku 森林浴  (Japanese) ‘bathing’ in the forest (literally and/or metaphorically).

 

No one needs another poem about the moon

and how it is nearly full

its light enough

to see through

this darkness, see

that it isn’t the moon

or its glow we are after,

but these shadow limbs

and how they come

full-form, as they dance

across the wall.
